Where the Details Make the Workday Better.

Drakes Landing is designed to make the workday better in meaningful ways. The new Heron Club gives tenants dedicated space to meet, work, recharge, and connect, while the reservable Community Room provides additional space for meetings and gatherings. Landscaped courtyards, enhanced breezeways, and soft seating throughout the campus offer places to step away from the desk or change the setting.

Bean Crema brings coffee, breakfast, and lunch to the courtyard, while tenant events create opportunities to connect. Courtyard Wi-Fi, walking and biking access, EV charging, and convenient onsite parking add everyday ease. Together with a present onsite team, these amenities create a more comfortable, connected, and enjoyable workday.
